Consequent upon the bifurcation of Post & Telegraphs by the ministry of communications & renaming of Department of Telecom {D.O.T} as B.S.N.L. Accordingly our society name was changed to Karnataka Telecom Department Employees Co-operative Society Ltd {CREDIT & HOUSING} vide order UBC-3UBA15199-2000 dated 10-12-99 by the registrar of Co-Operative Societies in Karnataka.

§The society would offer 4 installments. The payment depends on the number of installments due at the time of booking. (Now we are suppose pay 1nstallments & Down Payment)
vHow many sites could a member apply for?
§The society restricts one site per member per layout.
vIs there any lock in period restricting resale?
§No – there is no lock in period, the owners could resell the sites upon registration.
vAre there any other costs apart from the basic price?
§The society may levy additional charges for development during the course of development owing to inflationary concerns.
vAre Loans available for purchasing of sites?
§The loans would be available only after the approval process is complete- which typically happens during the last installment. However it is recommended not to avail loans in case the purpose of buying is “Investment “.
