Description: Training Management System is a software tool, which provides a complete set of training available in Technopreneur. The training includes variety of technologies from web application to the database. Technopreneur training will enhance the productivity each member in team. Admin and manager can create various technological training schedules and allocate to team members. Trainer can view Technopreneur Training schedule and give their respective date for giving training. Trainer will take attendance of each team member, who has already attended the training. Using this portal admin and manager can view scheduled and available training for the given trainer. Trainee can fill the feedback form of training, attended for particular trainer. Admin and manager can view the feedback given by trainee for a particular trainer. Training portal can be used as a knowledge transfer mechanism among the technopreneur. Technical skills of the trainer will be analyzed by manager.
·Responsibilities for designing java classes as per the requirement.
·Done hibernate mapping from the particular MySQL database into corresponding java packages.
·Involved in designing and creation of ManagedBeans under face-config.xml.

It has total two modules. These are Administrator module and User module. The Administrator module will manage Organization Chart, Project Interface and Staffing Requirements using Recruitment Procedure. On the other side, the User module will manage all the functionality with Staffing management, Team Development, Project Management, Performance Activity, Payroll Management, Complaint Monitoring System etc. This tool will manage all the organizational activity with high performance.
